Hi Love Huvet family, it’s Emily! I hope you are having a great 2024 so far. It's hard to believe Love Huvet will be turning 4 years old this July (learn more about our journey here); so much has changed in the last 4 years and I’m here with a few exciting Love Huvet + life updates for 2024. So let's dive in!
Love Huvet is moving into our first office space.
After doing everything from the spare bedroom of my home for the last 3.5 years (and I mean everything from product design to screen printing t-shirts + sewing scrub caps to packing thousands of orders), we are finally moving Love Huvet into its own office space!
I found the perfect office not too far from home — it’s cute and large enough for us to grow in — and there’s even a playroom for my son! This new space is going to be a game-changer. More space means we can think bigger—stock more, create more, and dream bigger.
And I’m planning to make this space truly ours so I can’t wait for you to see it. We’ll be documenting the whole moving and decorating process on Instagram and TikTok, so make sure you’re tuned in (check out our first behind the scenes here).
On a personal note, my family is growing!
My husband and I are thrilled to let you in on a little secret (ICYM our announcement on IG): we’re expecting a baby girl this summer! Adding another member to our family is something we’ve been hoping for, and our son is already prepping for his role as the protective big brother.
I’ll be taking some time off this summer to be with my new baby and navigate my new journey as a mother of 2 AND business owner, but don’t worry—Love Huvet is in great hands. I’ve got an incredible team behind me, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while I’m away.
And I will be coming out with new products and have exciting planned for our Fall Launch / Vet Tech Week in August. But you don’t have to wait til Aug for new products… our next launch is April 6!
What's launching on April 6
Our April Spring launch is going to include new croc charms, new koozies, new apparel, and more! Plus, we have a few exciting things planned for Veterinary Receptionist Week (April 21 - 27), World Veterinary Day (April 27), and Mental Health Month (May). So mark your calendar for April 6 at 2PM EST to shop our newest products.
And speaking of the team, we’re expanding!
I’m so excited to share that we’ve brought on a new team member, Nicole! You’ve probably seen Nicole in a few videos on our IG and TikTok already and you’ll be seeing a lot more of her on our socials as she is our new video content creator! A little about Nicole… she’s a vet tech and content creator (give her a follow on TikTok at @nicmorva) who is passionate about advocating for mental health. I knew from Nicole's first pre-interview that she would be a great fit to the Love Huvet team and I think our community is going to love the content she's creating for our social accounts. We’re really excited about all of the fun and hilarious ideas that Nicole has for upcoming content and so grateful to have her on our team! Go show Nicole some love on one of our recent IG reels or TikToks!
There’s so much on the horizon for Love Huvet (including launches in April, August, and November), and I can’t wait to share all of the details with you! But lastly, I just want to say I’m so grateful for your support. Building this community has made this journey so rewarding and I can’t wait to see what the future brings.
