We had an issue but customer service was excellent and resolved it

I was excited to get these for our team. Unfortunately, they are not made well and two of three of them broke the same day I handed them out. The button snapped off the part that attaches to the ring. I will try gluing them but, I am disappointed that these are such poor quality especially for the price.

Update: The customer service is absolutely fantastic and they were very quick to replace the broken items and then follow up to ensure the replacements were okay.
